Overview

Our exchange policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Perishable goods such as food or drinks are exempt from being exchanged.

To complete your exchange, we require a proof of purchase (i.e. screenshot of confirmation email) and your order number.

All exchanges are to be completed at our pickup location. If for any reason you are physically unable to come to us, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

During the exchange, we will confirm that the item is damaged/defective. Once confirmed, the item will be replaced free of charge. If we no longer carry the item that you are looking to exchange, it will be replaced with an item(s) of equal value.

We do not offer “credit” onto accounts.
